Latimer County deputies arrested a 19-year-old they say was taking pictures and videos of minors in a bathroom.

Deputies say Luke Bartels agreed to an interview after they investigated the report at a church camp near Talihina.

They say after Bartels confessed, they searched his phone and deputies arrested him for having child porn.
