Tulsa police say 1 person is dead after a fatal crash along U.S. 169 near 41st Street on Friday morning. 

Police say the victim was taken to the hospital where they later died from injuries sustained in the crash.

According to police, speed was likely a contributing factor to the accident.

Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
