One person is dead after crashing their car into a tree on 33rd West Avenue in Tulsa.

Police say it happened just before 3 a.m. on Saturday morning.

Police believe the driver was going 100mph or more when they hit the tree.

Officers say the hood of the vehicle had been ripped off and was about 100-feet away from the car.

No names have been released.
