Tulsa police have arrested a suspect in the city's 57th homicide of 2021.

Investigators say 27-year-old Ryan Bowman was taken into custody on Wednesday and is accused of shooting and killing 18-year-old Anthony Gardner near 41st and Memorial over the weekend. Gardner's body was found on Saturday and police say the person that found him called 911, thinking Gardner had been hit by a car. When police arrived they discovered he had actually been shot.
