Tulsa Church Finishes 'World's Largest Puzzle Since The Pandemic Started'

A Tulsa church finished a huge community project on Saturday.

A puzzle with 51,300 pieces was completed in 27 sections by 27 families. It took 65 people about four and a half months to complete their designated sections of the puzzle. Now the "World's Largest Puzzle since the pandemic started" sits at Memorial Drive Church of Christ.

"We had a Facebook page and we each kind of posted our progress through the completion of each puzzle," said puzzle coordinator Lee Wills. "My favorite part of this whole thing was getting people together who did not know one another."

20 of the families involved in the project are from Oklahoma and seven are out-of-state. Wills and his wife traveled to New Mexico, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi to pick up the sections that were completed out-of-state. 12 pieces were missing from the puzzle but they were all replaced in the end.
