Second Suspect Arrested In Murder Of Catoosa Man

U.S. Marshals arrested a murder suspect outside of the motel room she was staying in just before 3 p.m. Saturday.

Investigators say a tip led them to the Airport Inn and Suites near Sheridan and Archer where Madison Broyles was taken into custody. Broyles is the second person accused of killing a Catoosa man, Bart Kutt, in June and burning the victim's body. Broyles and another man were staying in a room booked under a different name. The man now identified as James Valdez was arrested on separate charges.

Broyles was booked into the Rogers County Jail on Saturday and is facing charges of first-degree murder and desecration of a human corpse.

The other suspect in the case, Bradley Bales, was arrested in July and being held at the Tulsa County Jail.
