OHP Identifies Trooper Involved In Deadly Shooting

Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the trooper involved in a deadly shooting last week in Craig County.

OHP said Trooper Caleb Cole, a 14-year veteran of the department, shot Robert Harris during a traffic stop Thursday morning.

Investigators said both Harris and a female driver were asked to exit their car; but while talking to the driver, troopers said Harris reached back into his vehicle.

Inside the car, investigators found a loaded gun and drugs.

Cole is on administrative leave during the investigation.
