TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa police said a Silver Alert has been issued for 64-year-old Mark Hymer.

Hymer was last seen in the area of 1700 East 59th Place. Police said Hymer has grey hair, brown eyes, is 200 pounds, and is 6-feet tall.

Police said Hymer has a medical condition that affects his short-term memory.

Police said he was last seen wearing a black t-shirt that reads “Sun Records” on it, blue jeans, and brown slip-on shoes.

Police said Hymer left driving a 2014 dark blue Ford 4-door (crew cab) F-150. The license plate is HSGO81. Police said the truck has a chrome front grill, standard wheels, chrome hubcaps, no side-steps, and a retractable bed cover.
