The magical postseason run for the "Cardiac Cowboys" of Connor State came to an end on Saturday in the NJCAA National Championship game.

Trinity Valley beat the Cowboys 69-61 to claim the Cardinals first-ever national title.

The Cowboys finish the season 32-4 and national runner-up.
