Teenage Shooting Suspect Accused Of Killing 24-Year-Old Man In Tulsa Arrested

A 17-year-old is now in custody after being charged with first-degree murder for a deadly shooting of a 24-year-old man Sunday morning in Tulsa.

Tulsa Police issued an arrest warrant for 17-year-old Noe Cruz, who is accused of shooting and killing Yeison Tacun near 21st and Garnett.

Officers were originally called to investigate a body and found Tacun dead behind a business with a gunshot wound.

Police said on Sunday it was investigating the 46th homicide of the year.

After interviewing witnesses, investigators determined Cruz fired shots during a fight that broke out near a taco truck late Saturday night.

The Oklahoma State Courts Network shows Cruz has been charged with first-degree murder.
