An Owasso business is out thousands of dollars after a tire crashed through its window Tuesday morning.

Police said a tire flew off a roofing company's truck along Highway 169 around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday and flew into Kimball’s Lighting and Blinds. The tire caused damage inside the store as well as to some of the store’s light fixtures.

The owners said they’re thankful the store was closed when it happened, and nobody was inside.

"Well gosh you can always replace light fixtures," said owner Tom Kimball. "You can replace windows. But we can't replace our people. You just can't and I have some of the best people in the world."

Kimball said it could cost nearly $10,000 to fix the damages.
