A Keystone Lake official confirmed that a man's body was recovered at Keystone Lake just after 6 p.m. Saturday.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified the man as 20-year-old Carl Harris III.

Investigators said Harris was swimming across the cove when he went under and did not resurface.
