Police said they responded to a shooting in Tulsa that left two people dead April 1. 

Officers said it happened near at the Westminster Apartments located at 7400 East 48th Street. They said they arrested suspect Davion Wilkes after witnesses gave officers tips to where he was. 

Officers said when they arrived one person was already dead and another was transported to a hospital where they later died of injuries. 

Wilkes was arrested and could face two counts of first-degree murder.

The victims' names have not been released yet.
